Warranty Information
Each MediaWave computer system comes with one year limited warranty for parts
and labor, lifetime free online/call-in technical support, and 30-day
satisfaction guarantee. Optional two-year or three-year extended warranty
contract provided by the manufacturers is also available upon your request. |

WARRANTY

One year limited parts ands labor warranty. This limited
warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. |
A purchased receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be
required before warranty performance is rendered. This limited warranty only
covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during
normal use and does not cover failures due to damage which occurs in shipment or
failure which are caused by products not supplied by MediaWave or which result
from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alternation,
faulty installation, modification or service by anyone other than MediaWave's
service center. Seller shall reserve the right to make final judgment regarding
the nature of the alleged defect. Said warranty period for products covered
shall commence from the date of invoice.

EXTENDED
WARRANTY
| The service contract of Manufacturer Extended Warranty
Program may be purchased when you purchase your MediaWave system or two
months before the MediaWave standard one year warranty expires. An optional
two-year extended warranty provided by the manufacturer is available.
Combined with the one year limited parts and labor warranty, you can cover
your MediaWave system up to 3 years! |
The service contract becomes effective at the end of MediaWave standard
one-year warranty. Your first year warranty is always covered under MediaWave's
depot service. Parts and labor are included. Authorized technicians provide all
services starting form the first effective date of the contract. Questions
regarding this program should be directed to MediaWave. |

arrange for a technician to come to your
home, you may call our technical support
facility Monday through Friday between the
hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific time.

If your system
is past the first year of its warranty and
you require service...don't worry. At
MediaWave, we provide Lifetime free
online/call-in technical support on
MediaWave products.
Please start the process by calling
the MediaWave support number above. Mailing
info will be provided to you if the issue
can't be resolved over the phone.
Be Certain to mark the package with your
warranty number on all sides for highest
visibility. We use your warranty number to
track your repair status. The warranty
number is located on the warranty card given
to you at the time of purchase.

Repair Guarantee During
the first 30 days of invoice, MediaWave will
uphold our 48-Hour Repair Guarantee Policy.
MediaWave will pay for one way of the
shipping.
During the first year of invoice,
MediaWave will uphold 5 Days Maximum Repair
Guarantee policy. MediaWave will pay for one
way of the shipping. Limitations may apply.
