Service Policies

Merchandise returned without a valid RMA
number will be rejected.

Merchandise damaged by misuse or
mishandling will be considered out of
warranty.

MediaWave will not be liable for missing
parts or damages generated through
shipment
Warranty period on replaced parts or
machine will not be extended

MediaWave will not repair or replace
anything without your final
authorization.

Out
of warranty repairs will be quoted by the
Service Department including the
following: Estimation fee: $65, Labor:
$65/hour

Repair Guarantee During
the first 30 days of invoice, MediaWave will
uphold our 48-Hour Repair Guarantee Policy.
MediaWave will pay for one way of the
shipping.
During the first year of invoice,
MediaWave will uphold 5 Days Maximum Repair
Guarantee policy. MediaWave will pay for one
way of the shipping. Limitations may apply.
