If your system is past the first year of its warranty and you require service...don't worry. At MediaWave, we provide Lifetime free online/call-in technical support on MediaWave products. Each MediaWave computer system comes with one year limited warranty for parts and labor, lifetime free online/call-in technical support, and 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Optional two-year or three-year extended warranty contract provided by the manufacturers is also available upon your request.

Please start the process by calling the MediaWave support number above. Mailing info will be provided to you if the issue can't be resolved over the phone.

Be Certain to mark the package with your warranty number on all sides for highest visibility. We use your warranty number to track your repair status. The warranty number is located on the warranty card given to you at the time of purchase.
